Inquiry data

When you send an inquiry, we process your name, email address, travel dates, guest count, selected apartment, message, language, and technical anti-spam data. We use this only to answer your request.

Processors

Cloudflare provides hosting and Turnstile anti-spam. Resend processes inquiry email delivery and may keep delivery logs. LTS-Touristmanager may be used later for read-only availability feeds if availability is enabled.

Retention

Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed for guest communication and legal duties. Resend logs are intended to be short-lived.

Cookies

No analytics cookies are used in v1. Turnstile may process technical anti-spam signals when the form is submitted.
